- Upon full payment, ownership rights will be transferred to the client, unless otherwise specified.

- Confidentiality Both parties agree to keep any confidential information shared during the project private and not disclose it to any third party.
- Revisions and Approvals
- Clients are entitled to a specified number of revisions as agreed in the service contract.
- Any additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
- Termination of Services
- Either party may terminate services with prior written notice.
- If the client terminates services before project completion, fees for work done up to that point will be due.
- We reserve the right to terminate services if the client violates these Terms.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Custom Website Creator, we strive to provide top-quality custom website creation services tailored to your unique business needs. We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel a project or request a refund. This policy outlines our approach to refunds and cancellations for our website development services.
1. Cancellation Policy
1.1 Client-Initiated Cancellations
- Before Project Commencement: If you cancel your project before work begins, you are eligible for a 100% refund, minus any payment processing fees.
- After Project Has Started:
- With 24-48 hours: 50% refund of the total project cost (excluding non-refundable deposit, if applicable).
- After 48-72 hours: 30% refund of the total project cost.
- After 72 hours: No refund will be issued, but you may request a partial credit for future services, at our discretion.
- Custom Work Completed: Once custom development work has been completed or delivered, no refund will be granted.
- Change of mind: no refund will be processed because of change of mind
1.2 Company-Initiated Cancellations
- If we cancel a project due to unforeseen circumstances or an inability to fulfill the contract, the client will receive a full refund, including any deposit paid.
- If cancellation occurs due to a client’s breach of contract, including but not limited to non-payment, failure to provide required materials, or violation of terms, no refund will be issued.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:
- A duplicate payment was made by mistake.
- The service could not be completed due to our inability to deliver.
2.2 Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Deposits or advance payments (unless project has not started).
- Fees paid for third-party services such as domain registration, hosting, premium plugins, or software licenses.
- Work that has already been completed and approved by the client.
- Any services that were partially completed but abandoned due to client inactivity beyond 30 days.
2.3 Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 45-60 business days from the date of approval.
3. Revision and Scope Change Policy
- All website projects include a predefined number of revisions (as stated in the contract).
- If the client requests significant changes outside the original scope of work, additional charges may apply.
- If the client refuses to proceed with additional charges for out-of-scope requests and wishes to cancel, the refund policy under Section 1.1 will apply.
4. No-Show and Inactivity Clause
- If the client fails to respond, provide necessary information, or communicate within 10 consecutive days, the project may be deemed abandoned, and no refund will be issued.
- To resume work after an extended period of inactivity, a restarting fee may apply, depending on the extent of the delay.
